GiGo Logistics is built as an operating company — not a hiring board. Leadership seats, field teams and support functions exist so partners stay productive and platforms get reliable capacity across Greater Noida & NCR.
01 — How We Are Organised
Hyperlocal delivery fails when nobody owns the messy middle: vehicle readiness, onboarding, same-day breakdowns, payout confusion and partner retention. GiGo’s organisation is designed around those realities.
At the top sit three executive seats — CEO, COO and CFO — with clear mandates. Below them sit the functions every serious last-mile EV operator needs: fleet, partner success, platform coordination, training, finance ops and ground supervision.
This page describes roles and responsibilities, not individual names. The goal is clarity for partners, platforms and stakeholders who want to understand how work actually gets done.
02 — Executive Leadership
Three seats. Sequential accountability. No blurred ownership.
The CEO owns company direction, platform relationships and the long-term EV partner narrative. Final accountability for culture, growth priorities and external representation sits here.
The COO turns strategy into daily execution. Partner funnel, EV deployment, activation speed, field support and utilisation all report into this seat.
The CFO owns financial discipline — so growth in partners and fleet does not outrun cash, controls or unit economics.
03 — How Leadership Works Together
Where we expand, which platforms we prioritise, what “good partner quality” means, and what we will not compromise on.
Whether partners actually get online, stay online, get vehicles fixed and get help when the road goes wrong — measured weekly.
Whether every new scooter, hub cost and support hire is funded, tracked and justified against real utilisation.
Major decisions (fleet batches, new zones, commercial deals) move with alignment across all three seats. Day-to-day field calls stay with COO; money and risk stay with CFO; external story and bar for quality stay with CEO.

05 — What The Team Stands For
Fleet decisions favour EVs — lower daily energy cost, cleaner last-mile story.
Support, clarity and fair process so partners can focus on earning, not chaos.
Platforms need partners who show up, stay online and protect service levels.
Depth in Greater Noida before sprawl — quality of ops over vanity headcount.
